Methodology — to be published
The pEVP figure book includes a Methodology section: a set of research notes that document the algorithm’s design decisions, its parity with the reference MATLAB implementation, the open methodological questions and open problems behind the rebuild, and the crossing-classification and domain-decomposition work that extends it.
These notes are not yet public. They are kept in the project repository and are actively being revised. The Methodology menu lists their titles so the scope of the work is visible, but the pages themselves are not published on this mirror. (The Studies section — motivation, method and strategy comparisons, and the measured runtime, coverage-policy, and parallelism analyses — is already published.)
The topics currently under Methodology:
- Correctness techniques
- Reference correctness techniques
- Acknowledged algorithm issues
- Algorithm parity
- Open methodological questions
- Open problems
- Partial sparse-grid formalism
- Crossing classification
- Parameter-domain decomposition
- Hierarchical strategy
If you would like to read any of these notes, they are available on request — please reach out to the author.
